Terms of use

EverFlip is a free flashcard app — and a free, agent-callable tool (MCP/API). By using either, you agree to these plain-language terms. There's no signup required to use it, and no payment.

The basics

• EverFlip is provided as is, for free, with no warranty. We aim for accurate content and reliable scheduling, but can't guarantee it.
• It's a study aid, not professional advice. Content (including any you generate or import) is your responsibility to verify.
• Don't abuse it — no attempts to break, overload, or misuse the service, and no illegal or harmful content in custom decks.

Your content

Cards and decks you create or import remain yours. If you sign in, we store them so your progress syncs across devices (see Privacy). You can export everything at any time and delete your account on request.

The MCP server / API

EverFlip exposes deterministic tools (deck lookup, FSRS scheduling, format conversion) at /api/mcp for AI agents and other clients to call — see the MCP page. These are offered free and anonymously, on a best-effort basis, and are rate-limited to keep the service available for everyone. They may change or be withdrawn. Any card content generated through an agent is produced by that agent (on your own AI subscription), not by EverFlip — EverFlip only converts, schedules, and serves it.

Open source

EverFlip is open source under AGPL-3.0. The curated content library is EverFlip's; if you redistribute or build on the code, follow the licence.
